Our Story & Leadership
Domsa Lapeng Guest House, a luxurious retreat in Fouriesburg established in 2019 and operational since December 2022, is proudly a 100% Black-owned enterprise, co-founded by Nomfundo Elsie Mashinini (CEO) and Ntsebeng Dominic Mashinini (CFO). Boasting an impressive 135% BBBEE status and strong female representation through our CEO, Nomfundo Elsie Mashinini, our leadership is committed to delivering state-of-the-art lodging and entertainment while driving community empowerment and upholding Botho Pele Principles.
